Leeds have got their man.
Indeed, they finally replaced Eddie Nketiah after announcing the arrival of Jean-Kevin Augustin on an initial loan until the end of the season.
The Yorkshire club have somehow managed to land a player once valued at £22.5m by Transfermarkt, but they’ve had to pay a pretty penny to get him in.

What’s the story?
Bild have detailed just how much the Whites will be paying for him for the remainder of the season.
They went into detail about the €21m (£17.7m) obligation to buy fee that Leeds had agreed to, but one of the most important bits of information sits right at the bottom of the article.
Indeed, the piece states that Leeds will pick half of the €4m (£3.4m) loan fee that Monaco had originally agreed to pay for Augustin.
That means that United will be paying €2m (£1.7m) to have the Frenchman for the remainder of the campaign.
Expensive
When you consider wages as well as the loan fee this is an incredibly expensive deal for Leeds.
Hay said that the striker is on a ‘much bigger wage’ than Adams, and with the Southampton striker reportedly on around £50k a week, Augustin must be on a mammoth amount.
£1.7m isn’t a lot in footballing terms, but this is a club whose managing director made a big deal about the financial windfall Leeds would get from an FA Cup tie against Arsenal, so it’s a fair amount for the Yorkshire outfit.
With his sizeable wages on top of that, they’ll have to hope that he hits the ground running in the Championship.
In other news, Phil Hay has relayed whether or not Leeds will be active again this month.
